Overview

The Moksha 2025 Dashboard is a powerful event management platform designed to streamline the planning and execution of Moksha, our annual fest. By automating event creation, scheduling, and role-based access control, the dashboard reduces the workload on the Event Management (EM) team while allowing event organizers to directly manage their events in real time.

My Approach

We built the Moksha 2025 Dashboard to eliminate manual bottlenecks in event organization. Traditionally, the EM team had to manually collect, approve, and update event details, leading to delays and inefficiencies. By leveraging Next.js, Tailwind CSS, MongoDB, and NextAuth, we developed a dynamic and interactive platform where societies and event organizers can:

  • Create and update events seamlessly.

  • Manage event schedules in real time.

  • Ensure secure access with role-based permissions.

Vision and Innovation

The goal of this dashboard is to empower event organizers by giving them direct access to the event management system. This approach:
Eliminates unnecessary communication delays.
Provides real-time visibility into event schedules.
